Live Coordination Dashboard – Track real-time progress across up to 10 customizable departments. Task names and zone labels update instantly from admin settings—no coding required.
Smart Workforce Dispatch – Manage up to 250 contractors and employees. Filter by trade skill, availability status (Active, OnCall, InActive, Unavailable, or Pending), and dispatch the right person to the right zone instantly.
Digital Safety Logs – Field-verify toolbox talks with geotimestamped records. Admin reviews, verifies, and stores every training log for compliance.
IRS W-9 Compliance – Support for individuals (SSN) and LLCs (EIN). Download the official IRS form, upload signed copies, and store securely in Google Drive. Only last 4 digits of tax IDs are stored for security.
